  • All elsewhere organic skincare products are made in small batches, by hand, in Louth, Lincolnshire, UK.

  • Yes.  All elsewhere products are completely vegan and cruelty free.

  • Organic skincare is about more than just avoiding harsh chemicals. By using nutrient-rich, naturally active ingredients, elsewhere’s organic formulations work in harmony with your skin’s natural processes to restore balance, resilience and radiance over time.

Equally important is how the product is made. From seed to shelf, certified organic skincare considers its environmental footprint at every stage - from how ingredients are grown (without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers), to ethical sourcing, low-impact manufacturing and recyclable packaging.

Choosing organic is an investment in your skin and in a more sustainable future.

  • In skincare, ‘organic’ refers to products made from ingredients that are grown and processed without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), or artificial chemicals

Here's a breakdown of what that typically means:

Natural Origin: Ingredients are derived from plants, minerals, or other naturally occurring substances.

Grown Without Synthetics: Crops used (e.g. lavender, chamomile, aloe) are cultivated without chemical fertilisers, pesticides, or GMOs.

No Harsh Additives: Organic products often avoid synthetic fragrances, dyes, and preservatives that can irritate the skin.

Eco-Friendly Processes: Many organic skincare brands also emphasise sustainable farming, cruelty-free testing, and environmentally conscious packaging.

  • elsewhere organic skincare ingredients are Soil Association (UK) & COSMOS Organic (EU) certified.  These certifications set strict criteria about ingredient sourcing, percentage of organic content, and manufacturing practices.

  • elsewhere regeneration formula: cream contains organic carrot and sea buckthorn pulp Co2 plus eco marine algae extract.

Organic carrot Co2 extract is a light yellow liquid oil with a light sweet carrot smell. It is a powerful antioxidant.

Sea buckthorn pulp Co2 Extract, which is extracted from the pulp of the sea buckthorn berries, is a clear to turbid red colour. It helps to activate skin regeneration.

Eco marine algae extract has a subtle yellow colour. It has the capacity to stimulate cellular proliferation, which significantly increases collagen synthesis.

  • Our organic skincare products are made in small batches meaning they are really fresh.  They are certified to have a 6-month shelf life.

We suggest storing regeneration formula: gel in the fridge to increase its de-puffing and smoothing effects.

Regeneration formula: cream should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and refrigerate in hot weather.

  • No. Our emulsifier - where palm-oil usually hides, even in organic products - has been specifically selected as it is palm free.

This is something we are particularly passionate about. You can read more about our views on the use of palm-oil in the beauty industry in our blog here.

  • Yes.  All elsewhere skincare products are safe to use whilst breastfeeding.

  • Although the products can be used as stand-alone products, they are best used together.

Skin should always be clean. First, apply a small amount of gel to the skin around the eyes - or the entire face - using smoothing and tapping motions. Allow it to absorb, then apply cream.

The cream can be applied using gentle, circular upward strokes.

  • elsewhere is used by men and women with different skin type and tones.

Regeneration formula: gel can be used by any skin type. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant - it draws moisture from the environment or deeper skin layers and holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water. It delivers deep hydration without being greasy, making it ideal for oily, dry, sensitive or combination skin.

Regeneration formula: cream works beautifully on different skin types too as the palm -free emulsifier we use transforms oils and solid fats (like cocoa butter) to a light and elegant texture, which is easily and readily absorbed by the skin.

  • We use 100% amber glass jars (not sprayed) to protect the potency of our ingredients, biodegradable labels, eco-friendly inks, and skip outer cartons to reduce waste.

We chose this type of glass as it aids in the preservation of the beneficial nutrients, essential oils and botanics by preventing photo-oxidation by blocking out nearly all UV light.

Every part of your order has been designed with sustainability in mind - from recyclable packaging to thoughtful design that puts the planet first.
